Are these qualified coaches?
All our coaches are enrolled in or have completed ICF or EMCC-accredited training programs. They're properly trained professionals building their coaching hours toward full certification. You're working with qualified coaches at accessible rates.
What if I don't click with my first coach?
That's exactly why we give you 3 sessions. Try different coaches until you find the right fit, or book all 3 sessions with someone you connect with immediately. It's your choice.
What happens after my 3 sessions?
If you want to continue with your coach, you can discuss ongoing sessions with them. We're building out our continuation options - stay tuned for updates!
Do I need to use all 3 sessions at once?
No. Use them at your own pace. We recommend spacing sessions 1-2 weeks apart for best results, but you have flexibility.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Your coach's time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations aren't fair to them or other clients who could have booked that slot.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching focuses on moving forward, setting goals, and creating action plans for the future. If you're dealing with mental health challenges, past trauma, or crisis situations, please seek support from a licensed therapist or counselor.
How do I know which coach is right for me?
After you book, you'll complete a short form about your goals and what you want to work on. We'll match you with 2-3 coaches whose specialties and approach fit your needs. You can read their profiles and choose who to start with.
